#WorkLifeBalance: I was literally near the top of this mountain when I was called by a customer.
It was after a hard day bushwalking for me, a hard day in the office for them. I explained to my client how to solve their issue in their payroll software, we both continued on our ways.
In my opinion, this was good for both me and for the customer. I got to spend the day bushwalking with my family, and the customer still got the problem solved faster than they would have otherwise.
