Business Software Tasmania has arisen out of a restructuring of the long-term business partnership between Graham Legg and Andrew Newland, who together operated Modulo Software since 1995.

When Andrew and Graham originally formed Modulo Software, the core business was to provide quality business software solutions through Attache and Sage 300 (Accpac), as well as software development, database creation and maintenance, all to the local Tasmanian market.

As the years have passed, though, Andrew has been responsible for the development of a number of highly successful Sage 300 add-on products that are sold throughout Australia and the world. In the meantime, Graham has been building and maintaining databases and custom software development for businesses. With what was essentially two separate businesses running within the same company structure, Andrew and Graham made the decision to formally demarcate and separate the ownership of the businesses in order to ensure the continued specialised service provision to clients.

From July 1 2017, Graham has therefore commenced operations under the brand of Business Software Tasmania, separating from the Modulo Software brand. Business Software Tasmania will continue to provide the same services that Graham has been providing over the years: programming, database design and maintenance. He will also continue to sell the same products in Sage 300 and Attache BI.

Graham looks forward to servicing both his existing and new Tasmanian business clients.
