Terms of Help Line Package:

 

In the absence of a monthly or yearly package, help line charge is $39.60 per 15 minutes

 

Rather than pay per incident, the prepaid help line support covers any number of phone and email support calls for a period of 12 months for the Xero / Sage 300 or Attache system.

 

Support is to apply to questions and help that might arise in the normal operation of the system.  Issues may be resolved by remote access, if available.

 

We will advise if the call is not within the scope of the package you have signed up for, and give you the option of upgrading to a different package, or paying per 15 minutes for the call.

 

We will advise you if the call is beyond the scope of normal operation of the software, and requires training or new configuration at an extra charge in order to resolve.  Even if we so advise, the first 15 minutes will be covered by the package.  If we so advise, we will ask you to approve any additional charge before proceeding.

 

(This support does not include general consulting time, system improvements or modifications – these will be charged at Business Software Tasmania’s general consulting rate.  This support does not apply to any separate custom programs that have been developed for you.)

 

Calls will be returned between 9am to 5pm on business days and if unavailable initially, Business Software Tasmania will reply by at latest the next business day.  This is separate from the annual or monthly subscription or software assurance payments that you pay Xero, Sage 300 or Attache directly.)

 

Any quarter when the service is not used, the monthly dollar figure accumulates as a credit to apply against any other help line or remotely supplied professional service, as long as your remain subscribed to the package.   (Maximum amount to accumulate is 12 months worth.)

 

Monthly accounts are to be charged on Credit Card and renew automatically until cancelled.

 

Annual fees can be billed by invoice to your company and must be paid within 30 days otherwise service will revert to charge per call.
